About me

Hi there, I'm Guntis Rusa, a Senior Product Designer currently working at Zendesk. Prior to joining Zendesk, I worked at Peakon for five years, during my time there, I witnessed the company grow from a team of 20 to its acquisition by Workday in early 2021.

I specialize in user experience and interface design, product discovery, and user research. For me, it's all about developing solutions that meet real user needs, and I strongly believe in the power of collaboration in a diverse and inclusive work environment.

Currently, I work for a product team within "Zendesk Guide" and help build a smart knowledge base for better self‑service and empowered agents.
